Ejari Services
Ejari is the online system from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) that records every lease in Dubai. Registration protects landlords and tenants alike, and you will be asked for your Ejari certificate when applying for family visas, trade licences and utility connections.
We register, renew and cancel tenancy contracts for residential and commercial properties, and make sure your paperwork meets RERA requirements.

Questions about Ejari Services
Who is responsible for registering Ejari?
Either the landlord or the tenant can, and it is commonly the tenant. You just need to give us the signed contract and the supporting documents.
I am moving out. Do I need to cancel my Ejari?
Yes. An active Ejari can stop the next tenant from registering, and can hold up a new one in your name.
